Definition

Quality Commission; To take part in all studies for the continuous improvement of all kinds of services and activities such as Leadership, Governance and Quality, Education-Teaching, Research-Development, Social Contribution, etc. in line with the University Strategic Plan objectives and to establish an internal and external quality assurance system in all academic and administrative units

Duties

a) To support the development of quality culture and service quality,

b) To ensure that the understanding of quality is adopted by all employees,

c) In the implementation of quality management processes; to contribute to the creation of an institutional culture based on participation, using University resources more effectively and efficiently, improving processes and providing quality service,

d) To support the activities to be carried out for the active implementation of the program accreditation and institutional accreditation process in all Departments,

e) To determine and monitor performance indicators within the framework of the Strategic Plan and objectives of the Institute, and to set new targets when necessary,

f) To plan and conduct unit internal evaluation studies in order to ensure the sustainability of continuous improvement and the achievement of the unit's strategic plan goals, and to prepare and submit the annual unit internal evaluation report containing the results of institutional evaluation and improvement studies to the Rectorate,

g) To make the necessary preparations for the external evaluation process, to provide all kinds of support to the Rectorate and external evaluator institutions
