Our Institute was established with the enactment of the Law No. 5662 "Law on the Amendment of the Law on the Organization of Higher Education Institutions and the Statutory Decree on the Staffing of Higher Education Institutions and the Schedules Annexed to the Statutory Decree on the General Staff and Procedure" published in the Official Gazette dated 29/05/2007.
